The hotel is fairly clean, decent and has particularly good location near to the main university campus. The staff are accommodating, and the host too. I would be happy to recommend it and would absolutely stay here again.

This place is located right by Hyde Park, so you can easily enjoy some greenery 🌳. the rooms offer a nice view and are comfortable. the staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home. Plus, you get a complimentary 

The double room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, the location was great with convenient access to shops and supermarkets nearby.

It was the best of Leeds hotels I visited before. Fairly clean place and approaching staff, greatly enjoyed great and brilliant location.

The room was warm and lovely with tea/coffee, the shower, a nice view, and safety measures included smoke detectors. Rewritten: the room was cozy and inviting, with tea/coffee facilities, a nice shower, a beautiful view, and safety features like
